Abstract (en)

[origin: EP1715393A1] The mechanism has a cam (10) pivoting mounted on a drive shaft, a gong (12), and a spring clip (14) of the cam. One of cam`s pins (16a) abuts against a notch (18) of the clip and the cam isolates the gong from its normal horizontal position by another pin (16b), when the cam is blocked. The cam is released from the clip (14) and releases the gong suddenly to return to its normal horizontal position to vibrate and to produce sound, when the cam is in an unblocked position.
