The roller (11) has a surface (10) with a miniature cup (14) having a printing ink or lacquer with different thickness. The miniature cup has different depths to apply the printing ink or lacquer in a flxographic printing form. The surface has recesses for processing the miniature cup with different depths. The miniature cup is filled with a filling material (13). The filling material is a printing color-resistant or lacquer proof, wear resistant and heat resistant polymer. An independent claim is also included for a flexographic printing process for printing a printing material with a printing ink or lacquer.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Flexodruckrasterwalze (11) mit einer Oberfläche (10), die mit Druckfarbe oder Lack füllbare Näpfchen (14) aufweist. Erfindungsgemäß weisen die Näpfchen (14) unterschiedliche Tiefen auf, um so auf eine Flexodruckform und damit letztendlich auf einen zu bedruckenden Bedruckstoff Druckfarbe oder Lack mit unterschiedlicher Dicke aufzutragen.
