Abstract (en)
The processing of raw paper- or carton web (4) for the production of paper or carton, comprises on-line coating of the web in connection at the paper or carton machine on an installation-coating machine, and drying and calendering the coated web (6). The web provides with a blade-coat. The web dries and pre-calenders before the coating with the moisture of 4% The moisture of the web is adjusted before the coating, so that the moisture of the web is higher than the moisture of coat layer at its outside after drying of the coating.

Es wird ein Verfahren zum Bearbeiten einer Bahn (4) aus Rohpapier oder Rohkarton angegeben, bei dem die Bahn (4) im Anschluss an eine Papier- oder Kartonmaschine (1) auf einer Einbau-Streichmaschine on-line gestrichen und die gestrichene Bahn (6) getrocknet und satiniert wird. Man möchte die Qualität der Bahn verbessern. Hierzu ist vorgesehen, dass man die Bahn (4) mit einem Blade-Strich versieht und vor dem Streichen eine Feuchtigkeit von mindestens 4 Prozent einstellt.
