Abstract (en)
The device e.g. hearing aid (1), has a retaining unit (3) e.g. retaining bracket, designed for surrounding a tragus of an ear and for holding at the tragus in form- and/or force-fit manner. The retaining unit is formed in a housing and is connected to a housing part. The device is designed to partially fill an auditory canal or additionally a concha of the ear in an arrangement provided for supporting at the ear.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine otologische Vorrichtung, beispielsweise eine Hörhilfe oder einen Tinnitusmasker, zum Tragen im Bereich eines Hörerohres. Die otologische Vorrichtung ist ausgebildet, wenigstens teilweise am Tragus eines Hörerohres festhaltend getragen zu werden.
