According to said invention, said circuit breaker-contactor comprises means (11) for locking the movable contact (5) in the closed position thereof, a piezo-electric actuator (13) deformable from a rest position to an operating position for displacing the locking means (11) in such a way that the movable contact (5) is enabled to be displaced to the open position by the means (9) for displacing to the open position and an electronic power supply and controll unit (15) for feeding and controlling the piezo-electric actuator (13) deformation in the operating position for displacing the locking means (11) in such a way that the movable contact (5) is unlocked in response to an electric current detected by the fixed contact (1).
