[origin: EP1878374A2] The holder assembly (10) for a roll, e.g. of toilet paper, is held in a release mounting at a carrier (12) with a clamp (22). The holder (14) for the roll is pushed on the clamp and a locking mechanism (40,42) working through gravity holds the toilet paper roll in the ready position.
