Abstract (en)

[origin: EP1878688A1] The device has a rolling frame to support an inclined post (1) such that upper end of the post is vertical from the perimeter to the ground delimited by support points at the ground. Rigidification and/or stabilization unit under the form of column (6) has a cross-piece (61) extending between the frame and the support points at a front end of the device. The unit has a connection bar (62) extending between the post and the cross-piece so as to transmit the constraints tangentially/partially to the crosspiece and towards the front end.
