Abstract (en)
The unit has a contact system (2) with an insulant injector (4) for electric arc blowing. Another contact system (3) and the former contact system are driven by an auxiliary gearbox. The gearbox has a mounting unit (5a) and a guiding unit (5b) for a pinion (6) and gear racks (7, 8). The gearbox includes a mono-block (5), in which the mounting and the guiding units are integrated for the pinion and the gear racks. The mono-block has sliding guides (9, 11) and a sliding contact (10) for an electric arc contact piece (3a) that is driven by the gearbox. An independent claim is also included for a method for assembling a switchgear with an interrupter unit.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein elektrisches Schaltgerät (1) mit Doppelbewegung seiner Kontaktsysteme (2, 3). Erfindungsgemäss ist ein Hilfsgetriebe (5...11) zum Antreiben des zweiten Kontaktsystems (3) so ausgelegt, dass die Halterungsmittel (5a) zur Halterung des Zahnstangengetriebes (6...8) und die Führungsmittel (5b) zur Gleitführung (9, 11) und Gleitkontaktierung (10) des hilfsangetriebenen Lichtbogenkontaktstücks (3a) in einem Monoblock (5) baulich integriert sind. Ausführungsbeispiele betreffen u. a.: eine Mitnehmer-Gleitführung (11) eingelassen im hilfsangetriebenen Lichtbogenkontaktstück (3a); Minimalkonfiguration des Zahnstangenantriebs mit nur einem Zahnrad (6); und ein Anschlag (30a, 50a) zur Definierung einer Endposition für das hilfsangetriebene Lichtbogenkontaktstück (3a). Vorteile sind u. a.: Hilfsantrieb (5...11) mit reduzierter Anzahl Bauteile und vereinfachter Montage und Justierung.
