Abstract (en)
The method involves performing a swinging movement from an initial position (2.1) towards crimping position located on lower dead point (4) of the eccentric pin (2), which is worked in a final position (2.2) . The final position is specular to initial position referred in terms of a plane built parallel to the movement direction (5) of the upper part (1) of the crimping tool in the rotary axis (7) of the eccentric shaft (3). The final position is used as initial position for the next crimping process. The initial and final positions are rigidly coupled to each other and jointly adjusted. An independent claim is also included for a device for execution of the method for crimping of contact elements to wire by crimping tool driven by eccentric pin of eccentric shaft.

Ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Ancrimpen eines Kontaktelementen an einen Draht mit Hilfe eines von einem Exzenterbolzen (2) einer Excenterwelle (3) angetriebenen Crimpwerkzeugs, bei dem der Exenterbolzen (2) von einer frei wählbaren Anfangsposition (2.1) ausgehend eine Schwenkbewegung in Richtung der Crimpposition vollzieht, wobei die Crimpposition auf den unteren Totpunkt (4) des Exzenterbolzens (2) gelegt wird und wobei der Exzenterbolzen (2) bei einem jeden Crimpvorgang über seinen unteren Totpunkt (4) hinaus in eine Endposition (2.2) durchgeschwenkt wird, die spiegelbildlich zu seiner Anfangsposition (2.1) angeordnet ist, bezogen auf eine parallel zur Bewegungsrichtung (5) des Oberteils (1) des Crimpwerkzeugs in der Drehachse (7) der Exzenterwelle (3) errichtete, gedachte Ebene und wobei die Anfangs- und die Endposition starr an einander gekoppelt und nur gemeinsam verstellbar sind.
