A supply voltage from a lighting system is supplied to an IC (IC1) through an electric rectifier (GI1). The active electronic logic components necessary for the start and facilitation of energy saving are included in the IC. The IC supplies an exciting and supply voltage through a coil (I1) and a coupling capacitor (C10) to short circuit connector pins (3,4) at the proximal side of an energy savings light.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Leuchte mit einem elektronischen Vorschaltgerät für den Betrieb einer Fluoreszenz-Energiesparleuchte, bei der auf der distalen Seite eine Platine (6) mit zwei Buchsen (7,8) für die Aufnahme der Kontaktstifte der Energiesparleuchte versehen ist und bei der zwischen den Buchsen (7,8) und den Kontaktstiften (9,10) für einen Anschluß an eine Leuchtstoffröhrenfassung ein Softstartmodul geschaltet ist.
