Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2006117457A1] The inventive door lock comprises an elongated body (2), a latch (4) pivotably and slidably arranged therein and a movable locking/unlocking member (5) which is slidingly placed in the body behind the latch in such a way that it is springably pressed against the rear part of the latch. Said door lock is characterised in that the latch comprises a rear part provided with a step (4D) and a finger (4E) adjacent thereto in such a way that, in the angular closed configuration, said step is substantially transversal with respect to the longitudinal axis and the finger is substantially longitudinal, the movable locking/unlocking member (5) comprises a front part provided with a shoulder (5B) and a cavity (5C) adjacent thereto in such a way that, in the angular closed configuration, the finger is engaged into the cavity and the shoulder and the step are placed near to each other, whereas, in the angular open configuration, the latch finger longitudinally rests against the shoulder of the movable locking/unlocking member.
