[origin: WO2006119530A1] A holster for small arms comprises two safety devices on the holster base. A primary safety device (P) can be unlocked by an actuation element (BP) and the secondary safety device (S) is configured by a clip (1) across the upper end of the holster base (HK), which clip (1) can be folded away to the front independent of the primary safety device (P). In order to allow the user to simply and rapidly release the safety device and draw the arm even under very difficult stress situations while yet optimally preventing an attacker from pulling the arm from the holster of the person wearing it, the clip (1) can be released by a second actuation element (2) which is independent of the actuation element (BP) of the primary safety device (P).
