Abstract (en)
The rail (1) has a screwing channel (2) for engaging self-cutting screws and including two channel flanks (3a, 3b) that are laid opposite to each other. One of the flanks is partially provided with a parallel groove structure (4) for perpendicularly guiding the screw during a screwing operation. The structure transversely extends to a longitudinal direction of the rail, and is formed by coining in the screwing channel. The structure includes grooves, where a cross section of each groove has a basic form of an equilateral triangle or trapezoid.

Profilschiene aus kaltgeformtem Stahl, insbesondere für ein Fassadensystem zur Verkleidung eines Bauwerks, die einen Schraubkanal (2) zum Eingriff für selbstschneidende Schrauben aufweist, wobei mindestens eine der beiden einander gegenüberliegenden Kanalflanken (3a, 3b) des Schraubkanals (2) zumindest teilweise mit einer sich quer zur Längsrichtung der Profilschiene (1) erstreckenden Parallelrillenstruktur (4) zur lotrechten Führung der Schraube während des Einschraubens versehen ist.
