Abstract (en)
The factory has a removable canopy (A) as a protective roof, and rotatable assembly tables (1, 1.2, 1.3) for manufacturing individual building units from brick material and cement mortar. A container processes reinforcement iron for the building units, and a concrete batching plant prepares cement mortar for filling the building units on the tables. A service container is provided for an office, sanitary facility and a canteen. Individual installations of the factory are assembled on trolleys and/or in containers that are transported on a roadway or track till to a construction site.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine mobile Fabrik zur Herstellung vorfabrizierter Bauelemente für die Bauindustrie. Die Fabrik umfasst eine demontierbare Überdachung (A) in Form eines Zeltes oder einer Halle, Montagetische (1, 1.1, ... 1.3) zur Herstellung einzelner Bauelemente aus Backsteinmaterial und Zementmörtel, eine Einrichtung (14) zum Bearbeiten von Armierungseisen für die Bauelemente aus Backsteinmaterial und Zementmörtel, eine Betonmischanlage (3) zum Aufbereiten des Zementmörtels, und/oder eine Anlage zur Bereitstellung von Arbeithilfsmitteln (Dampf, elektrischer Strom, Pressluft, usw.) und/oder ein Dienstcontainer (7) für alle für das Personal erforderlichen Dienste und für den Betrieb der Fabrik. Alle diese Arbeitseinrichtungen sind auf Wagen und oder in Containern montiert, die auf der Strasse oder per Bahn bis auf den Bauplatz transportiert werden können, wo die vorgesehenen Bauten errichtet werden sollen. Der Hauptvorteil der mobilen Fabrik besteht in der grösstmöglichen Arbeitsrationalisierung, welche wesentliche Zeiteinsparungen und Kostenreduktion erlaubt.
