The device has a slide valve latch (2) that is linearly slidable by rotating a rotary knob (1) and by actuating a Bowden cable (3) independent of each other. A spring is arranged in a longitudinal notch, where the spring pre-stresses the latch against the rotary knob. The latch includes a latch unit and an insert that are connected with each other by a clip unit. A gear rack (5) is arranged at the insert and the Bowden cable is engaged at the latch unit.
