Abstract (en)
Switchable valve drive (1) comprises an annular groove (13a) arranged in the hole (10) of a support (11) or insert (11a) and having an axial upper annular surface (15) running orthogonal to the axial line of the hole of the support or insert. A bearing bolt (9) has a recess (16) cutting an outer casing (14) and for holding a plunger as a coupling unit (12). Preferred Features: Two plungers are arranged opposite each other in the recess of the bearing bolt. The outer face (17) of the plunger facing the annular groove has a bend correlating to a radius of the annular groove.

Vorgeschlagen ist ein schaltbarer Ventiltrieb (1) für eine Brennkraftmaschine, mit einer Reihe von sich in Längsrichtung eines Zylinderkopfes erstreckenden Kipphebeln (2), die über eine Ausnehmung (7) an ihrer Oberseite (6) an einem Kopf (8) eines Lagerbolzens (9) verlaufen, der axial beweglich in einer Bohrung (10) eines darüber verlaufenden Trägers (11) angeordnet ist, wobei kolbenartige Koppelmittel (12) zur wahlweisen Kopplung des Lagerbolzen (9) mit dem Träger (11) vorgesehen sind.
