Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2006123074A1] The invention relates to a device for dispensing and receiving a liquid or semi-liquid product via a metering chamber (1) of a pump body (2). The inventive device comprises a piston (3) which is fixably mounted in the pump body (2) and is provided with an end (31) sealingly engaged into said chamber. The piston end (31) is provided with an elastically deformable membrane (4) put thereon. Said membrane (4) comprises a transversal wall (41) forming an input check valve which is provided with a central supply orifice (42) sealingly closable by a protruded element (5) forming the check valve seat on the end of the piston (3). The membrane comprises a fixing cylindrical skirt (43) which is provided with at least one sealing peripheral lip (44) slidingly contacting the internal wall of the chamber (1). Said skirt forms a valve when it is deformed by contact with a projection (6) bearing by the internal wall of the chamber (1) in such a way that the air compressed by the piston (3) is released into the chamber (1) by the pump priming.
