Abstract (en)
The ball has an internal pressure transducer (10) for measuring the internal pressure of the ball. A gas micro generator (6) compensates the decreases in the internal pressure of the ball measured by the transducer. The gas micro generator is activated, when the internal pressure measured by the transducer is lower than a predetermined threshold. The micro generator has a pyrotechnic composition (7) such as solid propellant, which is ignited by Joule effect, and an electric actuator (9) with a capacitive circuit that causes the inflammation of the composition. An independent claim is also included for a method for controlling the internal pressure of a sports ball.

La présente invention concerne un ballon de sport, et plus généralement un objet pneumatique comportant au moins un capteur d'une pression interne (10) dudit ballon, de moyens automatiques de gonflage (6), aptes à compenser une diminution de la pression interne, comprenant au moins micro-générateur de gaz, ledit au moins un micro-générateur étant apte à être actionné lorsque le capteur de pression (10) mesure une pression interne inférieure à un seuil prédéterminé.
