[origin: EP1882502A2] The climbing skin (2) has connecting device for detachable fixing of climbing skin to sliding surface (9) of ski (1), where connecting device is so formed that the climbing skin is connected magnetically with ski. The connecting device has a magnetic foil (3) or magnetic layer arranged in the ski. The connecting device has magnetic units arranged in the climbing skin, where magnetic units extends over the entire length and width of the climbing skin. The units arranged in the climbing skin are made from filament (4) or wires, which are woven or braided.
