[origin: EP1882660A2] The sheet punching and stamping machine (1) has a stamping station (3), processing station (4), and the pick-up carrier (11), which is driven by a linear drive. The rotary carrier grips sheets (100) of paper, cardboard and similar item by grippers fixed at the carrier and moves along a conveyor run (10,13a,13b) through the machine, and has a measuring system (16) for checking the run through the stamping station and a processing station. The run has two points (12a, 12b) with linear drive, which discharges over another parallel run of the carrier and further transports outward.
