Abstract (en)

[origin: FR2885506A1] The device has a hook (1) for ballasting a shower curtain (4) and a clip (3) for fixing the hook to the shower curtain, where a decorative cover is fixed on the device. The hook includes an opening (2) in the form of a disc, and the clip is surrounded by a part of the curtain and has a shape such that it can be introduced in the opening. The clip is fabricated of a dense material e.g. metal or rustproof alloy and has a plane shape with less thickness, where the length of the clip is higher than the diameter of the opening of the hook in a spatial configuration. An independent claim is also included for a method for ballasting a shower curtain using the device.
