[origin: WO2004024520A1] The invention relates to an arrangement for fixing a windscreen wiper blade (1, 3, 5, 4) to a wiper arm (2). The aforementioned blade (1, 3, 5, 4) comprises a through transverse swivel pin which is intended to form a pivot connection with the arm and said arm (2) is equipped with an end rod. According to the invention, the arrangement comprises an independent piece (6), known as an adapter, which is mounted on the blade (1, 3, 5, 4) and the above-mentioned rod is inserted longitudinally therein.
