[origin: WO2006128905A1] The invention concerns a fishing device comprising floating means (2) and means for being secured to the leader (9) of a fishing line consisting of a globally flat rigid element, called body (1), extending substantially vertically into the water in static balance and having a vertical plane of symmetry (5) orthogonal to the front and rear surfaces of said body, the front surface (16) including at least one convex zone whereof the radius of curvature is smaller than that of the convexity of the rear surface, first guide means (8) integral with the body above the median plane thereof and co-operating with the leader and with a second guide means (10) extending at the lower end of said body perpendicularly to the vertical plane of symmetry of the body and co-operating with the leader.
