[origin: CA2611026A1] The invention concerns a motorized pipette comprising a body (1) in the upper part of which is housed a control unit including a motor (3) and a control rod (4) to which the motor (3) imparts, as required by the user, translational movements along the longitudinal axis (x-x) of the pipette, and in the lower part of which is housed a mobile unit capable of being actuated by the control rod (4). The invention is characterized in that it comprises a rotational clearance compensation device of the control rod (4) acting at least during the translational movements of the control rod (4).
