Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2006120306A1] The invention relates to a precision cover (1) comprising a pour spout (5), which is used to close a container housing a liquid or a particulate product, of the type in which the top of the cover forms a pour spout (5) which is equipped with a spring-loaded (4) sliding lid (2), the movement of which is controlled by a pivoting opening lever (3). The inventive cover (1) is characterised in that the pivoting opening lever (3) controls at least two different operating modes for the sliding lid (2), namely: one mode in which, when the control lever (3) is subjected to a given angular movement, the lid (2) is moved by a small amount in relation to the opening in the pour spout (5); and another mode in which, when the control lever (3) is subjected to the same angular movement, the sliding lid (2) is moved by a larger amount in relation to the opening in the pour spout (5), such that the user can dose the flow from the container with very high precision.
