[origin: FR2886322A1] The device has a retaining unit (3), disposed between one of two substrates (1, 2) and a carrying structure, to transfer loads from the substrates to the structure. The retaining unit includes a dimensional variation compensating unit that comprises a sliding unit that permits a displacement between the substrates. The sliding unit has two components (4, 7) cooperating with the substrate (1) and the compensating unit, respectively. An independent claim is also included for a construction assembly constituted by substrates assembled using the fixing device.
