Abstract (en)

[origin: FR2886447A1] The separating system uses a flanged insert (10) fitted between linked cylinders of the two components and made up of male and female flanges that are fixed temporarily together and have a slot (12) to receive two shutter plates (20A, 20B) that close the ends of the cylinders before they are separated. The flanges have grooves (15) to receive a polymer sealing bag. One of the two plates can have a handle to facilitate insertion and removal, and the slot itself is closed by a lengthwise cap (11) with a gasket.
