Abstract (en)
A prefabricated wall panel has a frame that rests on a foundation fitting. The foundation fitting consists of a first U-shaped channel anchored to the floor. The channel receives a box-shaped profile with an array of height-adjustment screw bolts through the box profile wall and resting on the base of the U-shaped channel. The height of the interface between the box profile and wall frame is adjusted by the screw bolt settings.

Die Erfindung beschreibt eine Auflagervorrichtung (9), für zumindest einen Fertigbauteil (3), z.B. Wandelement, mit einem auf einer Auflagerfläche (6), z.B. Bodenplatte (7) befestigbaren Basisprofil (13) und einem relativ dazu verstellbaren, eine Stützfläche (29) für den Fertigbauteil ausbildenden Tragprofil (14). Das Basisprofil (13) ist durch ein U-Profil (15) gebildet, das mit einem Basisschenkel (16), Seitenschenkeln (19, 20) und endseitigen Stimblechen (21, 22) eine wannenförmige Innenaufnahme (23) ausbildet, in dem das, bevorzugt durch ein Formrohr (24) gebildete und mit einem Obergurt (28) die Stützfläche (29) für den Fertigbauteil (3) ausbildende, Tragprofil (14) über, eine 3-Punkt- Abstützung ausbildende Justiervorrichtungen (40) verstellbar angeordnet ist.
