Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1887537A2] The system has a plate, a rigid ribbon or a continuous strip (1) transversely applied on the ground to a surface of a pavement (C). Actuators raise or lower the continuous strip from its initial height on the ground to a maximal height. Detectors (3) control and operate the raising/lowering of the strip with respect to the pavement according to the traveling speed of vehicles. The detectors have software for programming activation or deactivation of the actuators.
