[origin: EP1892066A1] A pair of scissors (1 or 1a) comprises a first blade (11), a second blade (12) pivotally secured to the first blade (11), at least a recess (117 or 127) formed in at least one of the first and second blades (11,12). in the recess (117 or 127) is disposed a pin (26), and at least a retainer (2) pivotally secured to at least one of the first and second blades (11,12) and having a hook (24). In this way, two pairs of scissors (1,1a) can be secured to each other in such a manner that a retainer (2) of a first one of the two pairs of scissors (1,1a) is locked in a recess (117 or 127) of a second one of the two pairs of scissors (1,1a) and a hook (24) of the retainer (2) of the first one of the two pairs of scissors (1,1a) is secured to a pin (26) of the second one of the two pairs of scissors (1,1a).
