Abstract (en)
The machine has an extendable lifting arm mounted on a platform (9). A cleaning unit is attached at an extendable end (22) of the lifting arm with a balance point below an attachment point, so that the cleaning unit is pressed in a building surface during movement of the cleaning unit from a neutral position to the building surface while approaching a cleaning part. The cleaning unit exhibits a connection part movably attached around a axis at the end of the lifting arm and attached to a cleaning device (17), so that the cleaning device is attached at the lifting arm.

Eine Reinigungsmaschine (1) zum Reinigen von Gebäudeoberflächen wie Fassaden umfasst eine selbstfahrende Plattform, an der ein ausfahrbarer Hebearm (16) angebracht ist. Der Hebearm (16) besteht bevorzugt aus einer Anzahl gegeneinander verschiebbarer Armelemente (19) mit kontinuierlich abnehmender Breite. Der Hebearm (16) ist am breitesten Element (21) schwenkbar mit der Plattform (3) verbunden, am schmalsten Armelement (22) ist pendelnd ein Reinigungskopf (17) angebracht. Bei nahem Heranführen des Endes des Hebearmes (16) an eine Fläche wird der Reinigungskopf (17) aus seiner Gleichgewichtslage herausgedrückt und liegt dann unter der Wirkung der Gewichtskraft schonend an der Oberfläche an. Mit entsprechenden Reinigungsköpfen (17, 101) ist die Maschine sowohl für ebene als auch gewellte Oberflächen einsetzbar.
