Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2006133679A2] The invention relates to a method for adjusting pre-defined melting properties of a liquid metal, especially liquid aluminium. Said method is characterised in that at least one melting property is adjusted once the transport container has been filled, during the transport of the transport container, following the transport of the transport container to a secondary processing spot in the transport container, and/or during the emptying of the transport container. The invention also relates to a treatment system, a transport container, and a transport vehicle. The invention enables a liquid metal with the desired properties to be delivered to the customer in a simple and reliable manner.
