Abstract (en)

Pulper for fiber suspensions comprises a vat (12) containing a rotor (14) and a screen plate (16) positioned near the base of the rotor. The plate has two rows of intersecting grooves (26) which form raised sections (34) and recesses where they intersect. These contain bores (38) which pass through the plate. Independent claims are included for: (A) for screen plates as described; and (B) a method for making them by cutting two rows of parallel grooves which intersect in the plate and then boring holes through the raised sections and recesses formed.

Die Erfindung betrifft z.B. einen Stofflöser zur Herstellung einer Faserstoffsuspension , aus Faserrohstoffen. Der Stofflöser weist ein Siebblech (16) auf mit einer Vielzahl von sich kreuzenden Nuten (26, 30), die im Zusammenwirken eine Vielzahl von Erhebungen (34) und von Vertiefungen (36) ausbilden. Im Zusammenwirken mit dem Rotor (14) ermöglicht der. Stofflöser eine schnellere und wirksamere Auflösung.
