Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1895166A1] The rectifier has a conically narrowed nozzle ring (1) provided in an inner side of an inflow side to an outflow side. A concentric retaining seal unit (3) for a fan motor is arranged in the ring. A set of air guiding blades (2) extends radially between the ring and the seal unit. The blades are integrally connected with the ring and the seal unit and receive an axial partial area of the ring. A retaining arm for a fan wheel lies upstream of the blades within an area enclosed by the ring. A protective grid (7) lies on the outflow side and connected with the ring.
