[origin: WO2006108175A1] According to the present invention, a razor cartridge (10) includes at least three parallel razor blades (14), the three blades including a first blade (24) adjacent a guard (12) that is forward of the blades, a last blade (2S) adjacent a cap (16) that is aft of the blades, and at least one middle blade (28) positioned between the first and last blades; wherein the guard includes a skin-stretching member (18) , and a lubricating strip (20) that is located between the skin-stretching member and the blades, the skin-stretching member including a single, continuous protrusion (22) that extends at least part way across the guard.
