[origin: WO2006128439A2] The invention relates to a method which is used to produce an arrangement for closing an opening of a vehicle. A sealed cavity is formed between a disk (10) and a splitter protection element (12), wherein a transparent sealing compound (14) is introduced in order to connect the splitter protection element to the disk by hardening the sealing compound, and the splitter protection element and the disk are connected to the vehicle body or to a maintaining element which can be connected to the vehicle body.
