[origin: WO2007000205A1] The invention relates to an expansion anchor (1a) which comprises an anchor sleeve (2a) in order to introduce an expansion screw (6). The aim of the invention is to produce said type of expansion anchor which can be introduced without a tool. As a result, the expansion anchor (2a) comprises expansion elements (4a) which can be tilted about a tilting axis (K) which is essentially tangential in relation to the axis of the anchor (D) and are inclined towards the introduction (3) of the expansion anchor (2a).
