[origin: WO2006120102A1] A support arrangement for a refrigerator comprises at least one vertical support (1) that has a vertical guiding groove (7) with a recess (10) and a plurality of vertically staggered steps (12) provided therein, and a horizontal support (6) provided with a peg (9) engaged into the recess (10) of the guiding groove (7). In the interlocked position of the horizontal support (6), the peg (9) rests on one of the steps (12) und presses against a first wall (2; 3) of the vertical support (1) from which the steps (12) protrude. A contact surface (8; 15) of the horizontal support (6) presses against a second wall (3; 2) of the vertical support, said second wall being arranged opposite to the first wall (2; 3). The contact surface (8; 15) and the steps (12) are staggered in the direction of the width of the walls (2; 3), the steps (12) being located in a lower position in the recess (10) than the contact surface (8; 15).
