Abstract (en)
The method involves supporting a magnetic core (1) using a supporting body (8) during taping with a conductor, and removing the body after the taping. A coil (10) is pressed in such a manner that the coil is provided on both surface sides of the core. The body has the same width like the core and partially overlaps an edge side of the core. The body has a rod in its lower side, where the rod runs in a longitudinal direction of the core. The body is reduced with respect to its height and/or width after the tapering. An independent claim is also included for a supporting body for use in a method of manufacturing a magnetic arrangement.

Bei einem Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Magnetanordnung mit einem flachen Magnetkern (1), dessen Breite größer ist als seine Höhe, ist gemäß der Erfindung vorgesehen, dass der Magnetkern durch einen Stützkörper (8) während der Bewicklung mit einem Leiter gestützt wird, dass nach der Bewicklung der Stützkörper entfernt wird und dass danach die Wicklung (2, 10) soweit angeklappt wird, dass sie auf beiden Flachseiten des Magnetkerns anliegt.
