[origin: WO2007006896A1] The invention relates to a means of access to a pool filled with water, the fitting of which is simplified, reliable and provides optimal rigidity, the access means being steps, a slide, ladder or inclined plane for all types of pool, such as a swimming pool, a bath for hydrotherapy etc. The access means (1), for example swimming pool steps, is characterised in comprising openings (11) sealed by closures (12) and support pillars (3) facing the openings (11). Each support pillar (3) comprises a lost form element (30) and a hardenable filler material (31) cast in said form element (30) from outside the access means (1) through the corresponding opening (11).
