[origin: WO2007003757A1] The invention concerns a device comprising a recycling motorized hood (5) and an air extracting conduit designed to be connected to a controlled mechanical ventilation installation. The box of the hood communicates through an opening (10) with the extraction conduit (12). Another air intake (13) is provided which emerges into the conduit (12). Said air intake (13) is closed and the opening (10) is free when the hood fan (8) is operating, and inversely when the fan (8) is off.
