Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2007004933A1] A method and arrangement for providing a personalised call greeting to an opposite second communication terminal (A) during a setup procedure for a packet-switched multimedia session. The opposite terminal is first identified, and then a file identity associated with the calling terminal and containing said call greeting is retrieved (3:2). The file identity is sent (3:3) to the opposite terminal, wherein the opposite terminal can playout a corresponding file as said call greeting if the file has been stored therein previously.
