[origin: EP1900839A1] Heat-treatment procedure for a nickel-based-super alloy, preferably to the preparation of single crystal components or rigidly arranged components with a chemical composition, which makes a complete solutionizing possible at a temperature T1, comprises partially controlling the heating of the solution at a temperature T2; which is less than T1, and carrying out the aging-process in two-stages at lowered temperature, where in the first step 5-10% of the undissolved gamma -phase remains eutectic.
