Abstract (en)
The process for fabricating an authentic textile having fibrous web layers and intercalated layers, comprises forming a continuous sandwich with nanofibre/nanofilament layers between two non-woven elementary webs (13, 23) and sandwich layer in a lapping machine (43). The two non-woven elementary webs are fabricated in a card (3). The nanofibre/nanofilament layers are produced within a space (6) located between the two elementary webs, where the layers are formed by electrostatic deposition of fibers against a side of the elementary webs. The process for fabricating an authentic textile having fibrous web layers and intercalated layers, comprises forming a continuous sandwich with nanofibre/nanofilament layers between two non-woven elementary webs (13, 23) and sandwich layer in a lapping machine (43). The two non-woven elementary webs are fabricated in a card (3). The nanofibre/nanofilament layers are produced within a space (6) located between the two elementary webs, where the layers are formed by electrostatic deposition of fibers against a side of the elementary webs. The elementary webs are assembled with interposition of the nanofibre/nanofilament layers for introducing into the lapping machine. An independent claim is included for a device for fabricating a textile having fibrous web layers and intercalated layers.

Une carde (3) produit deux voiles élémentaires (13, 23) qui se regroupent en un point (4) avant de pénétrer dans un étaleur-nappeur (43). On forme une couche intercalaire (42) entre les deux voiles élémentaires (13, 23), qui forment ainsi avec cette couche (42) un sandwich (47) à leur entrée dans l'étaleur-nappeur (43). La couche intercalaire (42) est obtenue par dépôt, notamment électrostatique, contre la face inférieure du voile élémentaire supérieur (13). Utilisation pour obtenir en sortie d'étaleur-nappeur un textile dans lequel des couches de fibres alternent avec des couches intercalaires composées par exemple de nanofibres.
