Die Erfindung betrifft eine Befestigungsvorrichtung für Aufsatzelemente (2), insbesondere Insekten-/Partikelschutzgitter, mit einem Grundelement (4) und einem Kederelement (5), wobei das Grundelement (4) mit einem von Aufsatzelement (2) und bauseitigem Rahmensystem (3), insbesondere eines Fenster- oder Türrahmens, und das Kederelement (5) mit dem anderen von Aufsatzelement (4) und bauseitigem Rahmensystem (3) verbindbar oder verbunden ist, wobei das Kederelement (5) einen Kederabschnitt (13) und einen Montageabschnitt (14) aufweist, wobei das Grundelement (4) mit dem Montageabschnitt (14) des Kederelements (5) verbindbar oder verbunden ist und wobei das Kederelement (5) mittels des Kederabschnitts (13) in einem Kederkanal (16) eines Rahmenteils (17) festlegbar und so mit dem Aufsatzelement (2) oder bauseitigem Rahmensystem (3) verbindbar ist.
