[origin: WO2007006568A1] The present invention relates to an air guide box, in particular a wall box, as an insert into a wall of a building, having a fan tube which comprises a ventilation opening for inlet air and/or exhaust air, which ventilation opening can be closed off by means of a closure which can be moved from a closed position into an open position. The closure is provided with thermal insulation which can be positioned in a section of the fan tube when the closure is in the closed position and can be positioned outside the fan tube when the closure is in the open position.
