[origin: EP1902941A2] The marine propulsion has a pitch propeller (2), a hub shell (5), a shaft extension for driving the hub shell. An adaptation mechanism for adjusting a wind support plate. A pressure medium connection for operating the adaptation mechanism. The hub shell is hollow, and encloses an interior space locked against the environment. The adaptation mechanism is in the interior space of the hub shell. The hub shell has an inlet and discharge opening for introducing and a discharge opening for exhausting fluid media respectively.
