The container (1) has a tear-off lid (2). The cut edge of the take-out opening of the lid is arranged within the connection area of the lid to the container component (4). Independent claims are included for the following: (1) tear-off lid; and (2) manufacture of container.

Bei einem Gebinde (1) mit einem Aufreissdeckel (2) ist dessen Deckelöffnung mit einer Aufreissfolie (25) abgedeckt. Die Schnittkante (3) der Deckelöffnung (26) ist dabei bis in den Bereich der Deckelkernwand (34) zurück gebogen. Damit ergibt sich bei der Befestigung des Deckels am Gebinderumpf, die bevorzugt mit einer Falzverbindung (6) erfolgt, ein Schutz der Schnittkante.
