Abstract (en)
A filling device (10) includes: a liquid filling means (21) for filling a predetermined filling weight of a liquid into a container (40); and a temperature measurement means (24) for measuring a temperature of the liquid filled by the liquid filling means. In the filling device, in a case where a measured temperature of the liquid measured by the temperature measurement means is higher than a predetermined value, a filling speed of filling the liquid from the liquid filling means is reduced according to the measured temperature. Due to this, foaming action of beer can be suppressed without requiring a large volume of inert gas. It is preferable to reduce the filling speed of filling the liquid by a liquid control valve (26), which is arranged in a supply pipe line, and/or a pre-stress gas control valve (57).
