An anchoring section (26), a threaded section (27) to receive a tensioning nut, and an intermediate section (28) are provided. Intermediate section has a coating (29) and a sleeve that surrounds the anchor bar (21). Intermediate section is located between the anchoring section and the threaded section and has an anti-adhesive surface. An independent claim is included for an arrangement for reinforcing constructional components against punching shears.
